According to the BBC, Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes is likely to sign a new five-year contract with the club until 2027.
In January 2020, the Portugal international moved to Old Trafford from Sporting Lisbon.
Fernandes has since developed into a crucial player for United, but his current contract runs out in June 2025.
The 27-year-old playmaker has 49 goals in 117 appearances for the Red Devils in all competitions, however his form has slipped this season.
Fernandes is now on international duty with Portugal, who won the World Cup playoff semi-final against Turkey 3-1 on Thursday.
After the international break, United will host Leicester City in the Premier League on April 2.
