Mohamed Salah, a Liverpool attacker, has informed manager Jurgen Klopp that he is ready to face Leicester City in the Premier League on Thursday.

The match will take place four days after he captained his country to a loss in the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations final in Cameroon.

Klopp, on the other hand, will be without Sadio Mane, who netted the game’s winning penalty.

He will not be able to play against the Foxes because he will not be able to return to England in time.

“Mo has returned, and I’ve already spoken with him.” Of course, he is disappointed, but he is looking forward to everything that is about to happen here.

“When I spoke with him, the first thing he said was, ‘I’m ready.’

“He’s a seasoned player and a physical force to be reckoned with. He’ll have a little training session today, then we’ll see how he feels tomorrow and go from there,” Klopp said on the club’s official website.

“Sadio flies out if it’s feasible on Wednesday night, so he’ll come here on Thursday,” the German continued, “but he’s obviously not engaged in the Leicester game.”
