Harry Kane, a striker for Tottenham Hotspur, has responded to the club’s decision to transfer Dele Alli to Everton.

On Transfer Deadline Day, Alli joined Tottenham’s Premier League rivals.

The 25-year-old ended a seven-year affiliation with the north London club, which he joined for £5 million as a teenager from MK Dons in 2015.

Alli has agreed to a two-and-a-half-year contract at Goodison Park, where he will team up with new Everton manager Frank Lampard.

The contract is set up to allow Alli to depart on a free transfer, with large bonus payments that may bring Spurs up to £40 million.

In the early years of Mauricio Pochettino’s rule, Kane and Alli formed an outstanding partnership, scoring 57 goals in all competitions between them in the 2016/2017 season.

On his official Twitter account, Kane wrote, “Good luck on your future chapter @dele official.”

“Over the last seven years, we’ve shared some wonderful memories.

“I appreciate everything you’ve done for me and the club!” “I’ll be in touch soon.”
