FOOTBALL: Reece James has been injured, according to Thomas Tuchel

Chelsea is getting ready to meet Norwich City at Carrow Road on Thursday night in the Premier League.

The Blues will be hopeful of getting a positive result against the Canaries, who appear to be one of three sides certain to be relegated from England’s top flight.

However, if Thomas Tuchel wants to take all three points from Norfolk, he’ll have to find a way to do so without the support of 22-year-old full-back Reece James.

Tuchel told reporters ahead of Thursday’s crucial match that James was suffering from a little muscle ailment.

Tuchel remarked, “Everybody on the training pitch today.” “With the exception of Ben Chilwell, who has a muscle problem after his past three bouts, and Reece James, who has a muscular problem after his last three matches.”

“[…] We need to perform further investigations to figure out what’s going on.”
