After Leicester City’s Premier League 1-1 draw with Manchester United on Saturday, former Leicester City defender Gerry Taggart chose Super Eagles forward Kelechi Iheanacho as his’man of the match.’
Taggart praised Iheanacho’s performance against Manchester United over the weekend.
He was impressed with the former Manchester City star’s overall performance, he stated.
At Old Trafford, goals from Iheanacho and Fred ensured that both teams shared a point.
“Harvey Barnes showed flashes at moments, and James Maddison was brilliant at times,” Taggart said on LCFC Radio’s Matchday Live.
“At the end of the day, you have to make daring decisions if you want to get your team on the scoring sheet, and Kelechi Iheanacho made a brave header at the back post.”
