FOOTBAL: After Arsenal’s short break in Dubai, Arteta appears to be in high spirits.

Arteta and the rest of his squad were enjoying a sun-filled break in the UAE while all the drama surrounding Aubameyang’s last-minute move to Barcelona and Arsenal fans in a state of apoplexy because the Gunners did not buy a single player, with the exception of one of Kroenke’s players who will never play at the Emirates.

But the good news is that all of our players have returned from the AFCON, with the exception of Elneny, who will play in the Final tomorrow, and I’m sure all of his covid-affected teammates, as well as the majority of our wounded players.

So, with Arteta’s small roster of young players (and the majority of the deadwood gone), Arteta appears sure that his club will continue to improve in the remaining League games.

The manager told Arsenal.com, “We have a squad full of excitement and desire.” “But with the correct level of quality and expertise, which I believe is critical.”

“So we’re really looking forward to [the run-in], we know what our goal is at the end of the season, where we want to be: it’s ambitious, but it’s doable, and we’re going to give it our best in the second half of the season to make it happen.”

He continued, “I am really confident because I see how much people want it, and we still have a lot of things to improve.”

“We have lost points, which sometimes reflects the lack of maturity in the squad, but we have also won a lot of games due of the enthusiasm, emotion, and energy they bring to the club.”
