While emotions will be high when the girls perform their final show at London’s The O2 arena on May 14, the ‘Heartbreak Anthem’ hitmaker accepts that “change has to happen in life.”

“It’s a strange period in such a large phase of my life,” she continued. I’m sure the tour’s final night will be incredibly emotional.

“Change is inevitable in life; you must welcome it and make the necessary adjustments.”

Little Mix has stated that their hiatus will not be permanent.

“Gina Welch has done an incredible job adapting this tale for FX, capturing Doc Rivers and the Clippers players’ unprecedented resolve and grace amid this devastating incident,” said Nick Grad, FX’s President of Original Programming, in a statement. “Gina, Nina Jacobson, and Brad Simpson go even deeper into this critical period in contemporary sports, building on Ramona Shelburne’s breakthrough reporting.”

There hasn’t been any word on when the show will debut.

“We wanted to let you all know that after the Confetti tour in April/May next year, we are going to be taking a sabbatical from Little Mix,” the band announced in a statement uploaded on Twitter.

“We feel the time is perfect to take a pause so we can recuperate and work on some other projects after ten incredible years of nonstop adventure.”

“We can’t thank you enough for your unwavering love and support from the start. We adore each and every one of you.

“We’re not breaking up – Little Mix isn’t going anywhere.” In the future, we have plans for more songs, tours, and performances. We’ve shared so many wonderful memories with you all, and we can’t wait to share even more with you.

“We’re sisters and we’ll always have each other and you, the fans, in our lives. Little Mix is forever. See you on tour! Jade, Leigh-Anne and Perrie x (sic)”

The group’s decision to take a break came after fourth member Jesy Nelson chose to leave the ‘Black Magic’ hitmakers – who were formed on ‘The X Factor’ in 2011, which they went on to win – in 2020 after citing a decline in her mental health.
