Rangnick hands Manchester United players to sign next season. Ralf Rangnick, Manchester United’s interim manager, has urged the team to sign three new strikers during the summer transfer window in preparation for next season.
Rangnick, who will hand over to Erik ten Hag at the end of the season, feels the three new strikers, along with Cristiano Ronaldo, will fix Man United’s vulnerability.
Man United will have little choice but to recruit a new striker before next season, with Edinson Cavani’s contract expiring and Mason Greenwood unavailable.
Rangnick hands Manchester United players to sign next season. Meanwhile, Ronaldo is expected to be Manchester United’s sole centre-forward next season.
The 37-year-old has 23 goals this season, but he’s had to shoulder the load of scoring for the Red Devils on his own since January.
“This is a question you need to ask Erik ten Hag,” Rangnick told Sky Sports when asked about Ronaldo’s future.
He has shown that he can still be a vital part of this team, but it is obvious that the team needs some more strikers. It is pretty obvious that there should be two or three new strikers next season.
