Kylian Mbappe scored the fastest goal in Ligue 1 history. Just over eight seconds had past between Neymar kicking off and the ball ending up in the goal.
Kylian Mbappe Took Just Eight Seconds In Scoring The First Goal Of The Game Against Lille. The Brazilian laid the ball off to Paredes, he gave it back to him, Neymar passed it to Messi and the Argentine found a space to pass the ball to Mbappe while the defence had pushed up.
Mbappe, who was all on his own on the edge of the box, hit the first time to scoop the ball over Leo Jardim’s head to make it 0-1.
He was just a few tenths of a second away from having the record for the fastest Ligue 1 goal on his own. His goal means he has the joint fastest goal with Michel Rio, who also scored in eight seconds
