Ahmed Musa, a Super Eagles striker, has urged his teammates to give it their all when they face Ghana’s Black Stars in the first leg of the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifier on Friday in Kumasi.
Before the second leg in Nigeria, Musa wants the Super Eagles to obtain a positive result against Otto Addo’s side in Ghana.
This was expressed by the former Leicester City player on Tuesday, prior of the Ghana match.
The Super Eagles’ official Instagram account reported Musa as saying, “We have to give everything we have in the first game to see what we can have before we go back home.”
“And, by God’s grace, we’ll do everything we can to see what we can do over there.”
Meanwhile, Nigeria will host Ghana in the return leg four days later after Friday’s match.
