FOOTBALL: After leaving PSG, Neymar reveals the league he wants to play in

Neymar, a Brazilian forward, has expressed his desire to play in Major League Soccer in the future.

Paris Saint-Germain has Neymar under contract until June 2025.

“I don’t know,” the 30-year-old said in a podcast when asked if he would like to retire in Brazil. That is something I am not convinced of. I’m not sure if I’ll return to Brazil.

“Actually, I’d like to play in the United States. At the very least, I’d like to play there for a season.”

Neymar also stated that he has no idea how long he will continue to play before retiring.

“I joke with my buddies that when I’m 32, I’ll retire.” But it’s all in good fun. I’m not sure. To be honest, I’ll keep playing till I’m psychologically exhausted.

“I’ll be with Paris till I’m 34 years old.” So [at least] until then, I’ll be playing,” he remarked.
