Portable, a Nigerian singer, has taken the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, or NDLEA, to task for the recent detention of some of his colleagues.
The Nigerian Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has recently raided the residences of Nigerian celebrities and detained them for drug-related offenses.
Recall that De General, a comedian, was arrested and convicted of drug trafficking alongside Caleb William by a Federal High Court in Lagos for unlawfully possessing 15 grams of cannabis and 14 grams of tramadol in Lagos State.
NDLEA officers in Lagos raided the homes of singers Zinoleesky and Mohbad on Thursday morning and arrested them for possession of cannabis and Molly.
Portable reacted by questioning the NDLEA investigators for raiding private households in search of drugs in a video aired on Instagram.
Anyone who tries it with him will ‘collect’, he warned.
“Should we never use marijuana in our home again?” Are you the ones that built our home or purchased our land? What exactly is it?
“Oh, everyone should mind their own business!” You go collect if you’re at my side!
“Should I refrain from smoking marijuana in my father’s home?” “We’d thrash ourselves to death,” he predicted.
