Kizz Daniel’s “Barnabas EP” Becomes First Music Project to Hit 100 million Streams on Boomplay. Kizz Daniel becomes the first music artist to reach 100,000,000 project-based streams on Boomplay six months after releasing his fourth studio album.

His “Barnabas EP,” which includes multiple chart-topping singles and fan favorites and was released in November 2021, helped him reach this milestone.

Following the EP’s release, Kizz Daniel garnered great feedback for the project’s experimental character, joining Omah Lay’s “What Have You Done” EP, Burna Boy’s Twice as Tall, and Joeboy’s “Somewhere Between Music and Magic” as Nigerian projects having a strong presence on the streaming site.

Having remained on the top 5 Boomplay Album chart and dominating the top 100 chart since inception with singles like Oshe, Eh God and Pour Me Water, breaking Boomplay’s project based streaming record is yet another nod in Kizz Daniel’s career trajectory and laudable in his intent for global domination.
