Pete joined SNL in 2014 as a featured player at the age of 20. While he hasn’t confirmed what his plans are next, he has been focusing a lot of energy in the film and TV scene.

The funnyman is gearing up to release his comedy special on Netflix, where he is expected to divulge details of his relationship with Kim. The special is slated for release on June 13.

Pete also revealed he is creating a TV show, Bupkis, which is supposed to tell a ‘raw, unflinching, fictionalized’ version of his real life.

SNL stars Kate McKinnon, Aidy Bryant and Kyle Mooney are also expected to be leaving the series.

He is also is set to star in a comedy alongside British actress Naomi Scott in A24’s Wizards! Brad Pitt’s production company, Plan B, is behind the film.

According to Collider, the film is about ‘two hapless pothead beach-bar operators who run into trouble when they stumble across stolen loot that they really should have just left alone.’

He and Kardashian may ‘temporarily relocate’ Down Under when he shoots the new film in Far North Queensland later this year.

The high-profile pair could call Australia home for several months during production of Wizards!, directed by David Michôd, reports 7News.

It was revealed earlier this month, that Pete compared Kim’s ex-husband Kanye West to Mrs. Doubtfire in his new Netflix comedy special, making light of the custody drama between his girlfriend and her ex-husband.

Earlier this year, Kanye, 44, made a string of accusations that Kardashian was preventing him from having full access to their four children; North, sight, Saint, six, Chicago, four and Psalm, three.

All smiles: Kim looked thrilled to be spotted out on her date night with Pete

In a move that is sure to enrage the rapper, Davidson devotes a segment in Netflix Is a Joke: The Festival where he admits to ‘secretly hoping’ that her ex-husband ‘pulls a Mrs. Doubtfire.’

‘Does anyone else secretly hope that, like, Kanye pulls like a Mrs. Doubtfire?’ he told the laughing crowd in a recently shared clip.

Nothing to see here! Kim had a glint in her eyes as they rushed past photographers while heading to dinner

‘I come home one day and they’re like, this is the new housekeeper. And he’s like, “What’s up fam?”

The joke is relation to the 1993 family comedy that sees Robin Williams playing a recently divorced man who dresses up as a female housekeeper in order to spend time with his children.

The set was filmed on April 30 at the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles, with Kardashian in attendance at the show.

Davidson previously hinted that he was ready to walk away from SNL back in 2020.

In an interview with Charlamagne Tha God he said: ‘I have conversations with a lot of people [about leaving].’

Adding: ‘It’s a hard thing to do, because you don’t want to ever pull the trigger too early. Everybody’s always been like, ‘You’ll know when you know and it’ll all be all right.’
