Declan Donnelly Says Traveling To Australia Becomes More Stressful For Celebs. Declan Donnelly has opened up on how the long journey to Australia for I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! is getting more stressful.

The 47-year-old presenter landed Down Under on Thursday with his wife Ali Astall, their daughter Isla, four, and three-month-old son Jack.

While he and Ant McPartlin will be busy watching the celebs undertaking the bushtucker trials, Dec admitted that he’s looking forward to enjoying some ‘family time’ when he has breaks from shooting the new show.

He said: ‘We have got the family here, baby Jack. And Isla is here, we have got the whole gang.

Declan Donnelly Says Traveling To Australia Becomes More Stressful For Celebs. ‘It is a bit more stressful coming now, you watch less movies. But it is fine and great to be able to bring them out.

‘We can have a bit of family time as well as getting the series going as well.’

Dec also admitted he and Ant are ‘really excited’ about this year’s line-up.

He added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: ‘I can neither confirm or deny any of the people of course.

‘I found out the line-up a couple of months ago when we were shooting the South Africa show.

‘We have just posted a reaction video on social media. We are really excited, it is really excited to be back and I can’t wait to get going.’

This year’s line-up is set to include Loose Women’s Charlene White and England Lioness Jill Scott.

Meanwhile, the camp is reportedly getting its first ever royal as Mike Tindall touches down in Brisbane, while Boy George is rumoured to have the bagged the show’s biggest paycheck.

Geordie duo Ant and Dec teased their thoughts on the celebrities entering the jungle, without confirming who would actually be taking part.

The veteran presenters exude a mixture of shock, excitement and approval on discovering the contestants heading into the jungle in November.

Dec said of one celebrity: ‘She’s fun and feisty,’ adding about another: ‘She would hate every minute of it.’

Meanwhile, Ant said: ‘We knew we’d get you on there one of these days’ with Dec adding: ‘We saw him and he never let on. Sneaky boy.’

Speaking of a male celebrity, Ant added: ‘Now I can’t believe we’ve got him. You don’t know what you’ve let yourself in for my friend.’
