Brooklyn-born rapper, Desiigner, is back this week with the official video for “Bigger and Bigger,” the boastful track he released late last year. He spoke about the record in a recent interview with HotNewHipHop, saying it’s just a small taste of what he and his team have cooking.
Below was his press release at the time:
“I’m happy to drop some more super shit for y’all, for real. And just keeping it going. We getting bigger and bigger man. So stay tuned. We got merchandise dropping, new jackets keeping us warm outside in Desiigner fabric. We got restaurants, like I said, dropping. I got gaming streaming libraries that I’m trying to open up for the kids so they can stream there and link up there. You know, more places where young men can go and get our knowledge and stuff. I feel like our knowledge gets lost. I’m tryna find ways to for men to learn something without trying to incorporate violence so much.”
The visual presents Desiigner as a giant dominating the streets of New York. The video was directed by Daniel CZ of Riveting Entertainment, who has worked with everyone from G-Eazy and Wale to Gunna and Chris Brown. You can watch the video via YouTube above.
“Bigger and Bigger” comes more than a month after Desiigner announced his retirement from the rap game. The 25-year-old told fans he made the decision after Takeoff’s death in early November.

Desiigner returned to Instagram shortly after, posting a story that simply read: “I’m done rap [sic].”
Weeks later, the “Panda” rapper announced he wasn’t retiring after all, as music helped him cope with a series of devastating losses.
“I’m not gonna stop,” he said. “… lost a lot of bros this year. We all say things out of emotions, but the truth is in me being able to let out a good cry [it helped] me see things more clearer now. I’m excited to keep sharing the gift of music that God gave me to y’all.”
Desiigner is now preparing to release his first studio album, New Color, which is expected to drop sometime this year.
“I’m working on it right now. It’s fire,” he told HNHH about the project. “I got some features on it already. It’s lit. I’m just putting it together. Shout out to a couple of great producers, like Rich Skillz, ATL [Jacob]. You know what I’m saying, people like that.”
360media Music believes that the artist upcoming album will be massive and heard bigger and bigger.
