We’ve been hearing about Freddie Gibbs’ S.S.S. album for a while now, but it appears that it will be released soon. Gangsta Gibbs confirmed that Soul Sold Separately will be released in June during an interview with The Bill Simmons Podcast.
We’re confident it’ll be worth the wait, despite the fact that it’ll be three months away (which feels like an eternity on the Internet). Given Freddie’s previous GRAMMY-nominated albums, fans are expecting nothing but the best from him.
For the time being, there are a couple singles from the project available, including “Black Illuminati” featuring Jadakiss, and many more on the way. In terms of producers, the lineup appears to be really strong.
