Tunisia and Gambia have been knocked out of the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations competition.
On Sunday, they both lost their quarter-final matches against Burkina Faso and Cameroon, respectively.
Karl Toko Ekambi scored two goals in the second half to help the Indomitable Lions beat their lowly-ranked opponents.
Cameroon will now face the winner of the Egypt-Morocco quarter-final.
Meanwhile, Burkina Faso defeated Tunisia 1-0 thanks to a goal by teenager Dango Ouattara on the stroke of halftime.
Burkina Faso has reached the semi-finals of the continental tournament for the third time in the last five editions. They’ll play the victor of the quarter-final match between Senegal and Equatorial Guinea on Sunday.
