France Boss ‘Harshly’ Criticizes Camavinga, Says Madrid Man Did Something He ‘Doesn’t Want to See Again’. Didier Deschamps, the manager of France, gave Eduardo Camavinga’s performance against Denmark a “tough” evaluation.

During France’s final UEFA Nations League match against the Scandinavian nation, Camavinga was one of the team’s subpar players.

The Real Madrid midfielder, 19, was replaced at halfway after putting on a nightmare performance.

Didier Deschamps, the manager of France, expressed his disappointment with Eduardo Camavinga’s performance for Real Madrid.

Camavinga underperformed in France’s humiliating 2-0 loss to Denmark on Sunday night, which helped Les Bleus avoid elimination from the UEFA Nations League.

France Boss ‘Harshly’ Criticizes Camavinga, Says Madrid Man Did Something He ‘Doesn’t Want to See Again’. His uncharacteristically poor display forced Deschamps to substitute the former Stade Rennes midfield linchpin at halftime as the Nations League holders chased the game.

Deschamps’ raft of second-half changes, which also affected Camavinga, saw an improved display from his side however it failed to yield the ultimate outcome as France suffered their third loss in the Nations League.

Following the end of the game, Deschamps voiced out the sub-par performance of his side while addressing Camavinga’s 45-minute disaster class.

“He [Camavinga] did some things I don’t want to see again,” he said as quoted by besoccer.

“He wasn’t in a good mood, but these things can happen. It will help him for the future,” added Deschamps about the ‘Merengues’ midfielder.

Fans call out Eduardo Camavinga after his below-par performance against Denmark

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Real Madrid youngster Eduardo Camavinga had a night to forget as he was hurled off by Didier Deschamps at halftime following a ‘poor’ first-half display.

Camavinga, who became the second youngest midfielder to start a competitive game for France, dropped one, if not the worst performance in a France shirt against Denmark on Sunday evening.

The 19-year-old’s sub-par performance against Denmark was a microcosm of the entire team display, who looked disjointed and out-of-sort in their final UEFA Nations League fixture.
